Hi Jim and Cheryl,

How are you? Sorry for keeping in touch so late, but we have been hoping to get Anna`s internship dates confirmed. Unfortunately we didn`t get any info yet. She is supposed to intern at a company based in Italy, and to ask my compatriots to get a decent plan 6 months in advance it is impossible:)! Nevertheless, we totally understand that you need to make plans on your side, book tickets, etc. 
We understand that Maya in August could be arriving the 16th, but when in June eventually she could possibly arrive and how long she could stay? 
Let us know and, also, ready to Facetime/Skype if we want to have a chat about dates, the trip plans (flights, etc).
