Thanks for checking in.  I was going to email you today.

I think we are all set for Anna’s visit.  We are very much looking forward to finally meeting her in person. We will be monitoring her flight as well on this end and we will let you know the minute we meet up with her.  Nashville’s airport isn’t very big yet, so she shouldn’t have any trouble navigating.  Tell her we will meet her when she comes through final security, just before she goes down the first escalator.

We have a few things planned, but we will confirm with her specifically when she gets here. Wednesday Monica has scheduled a visit to Vanderbilt and Friday I am taking them and a few friends boating and tubing on the lake. We're are planning a short trip to Chicago on July 29-31.  We have a few other activities they can choose as well if they would like.  Will doesn’t want me scheduling too much, because they want to just hang out with friends as well.

What kind of food, snacks or drinks does Anna prefer to have in the house? Does she have any allergies?  Will only told me that she is trying to eat healthy and exercise. Tell her we have a treadmill and elliptical machine as well as some weights in our house. We also are members at the local gym (YMCA) located just down the street and Will goes to fitness boxing.

Obviously, Anna will have her own privacy and bedroom with a king-sized bed and bathroom.

The weather here is hot and humid.

I don’t think I need anything from London. And yes, my mobile phone at 615-477-6929 is the correct number.

Yes.  Thank you.  I received her passport. These documents will be helpful as well. Monica booked our flights to Chicago for July 29-Aug 1.

If they’d rather go somewhere other than Chicago for a few days we can change plans easily. They may rather go to the beach or something. Monica and I were in Chicago last month and thought they would like the city.

I know Will is excited to show Anna around Nashville and introduce her to many of his friends, but being from London, Nashville might get boring after a couple of days.

We will make sure they have a great time.

Of course everything you are going to plan with Will and your family is going to be fine for Anna. She has never been to Chicago (I know is a beautiful city!), but if you wish just chill at home, that will be fine for her as well.
Vanderbilt looks like a good idea since she is in Nashville, but again, only if this makes sense with your plans.

Whatever you decide to do, can I ask you, please, to book also for her, since synchronised bookings are the nightmare of every mom:)!
