Dear Terri,

 

I trust this email finds you well.

 

My daughter Anna was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and specific
accommodations during tests have been recommended for her and approved by
the school.

 

The accommodations that were recommended for Anna are separate settings and
short breaks.

 

Dr Helen Jackson mentioned that you would be able to provide us with more
more information.

 

I would appreciate it if you could let me know how soon these will come into
effect, and how it would work - presumably the teachers will be aware of
this and make the necessary arrangements for Anna prior to the tests?

 

Anna is currently having her exams (including one later today), any
information or assistance you can provide will therefore be greatly
appreciated.
