Dear Ms. Wheatley,

Thank you very much for your email and for giving guidance to Anna regarding her accommodation.

We are looking forward to our meeting with you. Do you have already a date in mind? I will be in London until this Friday, coming back 2 weeks after the Easter holiday.   My mom will be soon 90 years old and I am going to spend some time with her in Italy. My husband will be away from the 28th March to the 5th April. 
Please, let us know if you would like to meet both of us this week or would you rather meet my husband after the Spring break.
