Fall MS/HS Parent-Teacher Conferences

*Dear MS/HS parents and guardians, We hope that these first few weeks of
the school year and the start of the fall season are going well for you and
your families. We write to provide information regarding an important event
in our academic calendar, MS/HS parent-teacher conferences. These
conferences take place in the fall and spring, and are intended to provide
a platform for all of your child’s teachers to share information about the
student’s growth and academic progress, as well as to learn from you. The
fall conference dates are 25 and 26 October. There will be four separate
half-day sessions over these two days, and you will have the option to sign
up for the session that best fits your schedule. Please note that in
previous years, parents/guardians were assigned a half-day slot over these
two days, but based on feedback and with the intent of better meeting our
families scheduling needs, this term we are piloting an online sign-up
process. We hope that this new system will give parents/guardians more
choice with scheduling.  You can sign up for the conferences from Tuesday,

on how to select your preferred conference slot from among those available.
As in the past, if the conference time that works best for you is not
available, a link will be provided to allow you to register a request for a
different time. We endeavor to meet all families’ scheduling needs as much
as possible.During the conference slots, middle and high school teachers
will be seated in the gyms and the Commons, and you can elect to speak with
some or all of your child’s teachers. You should be able to meet with all
of your child's teachers, but in order for this to happen we will need to
keep individual conferences to under 10 minutes. We look forward to seeing
