Greetings from Washington, DC, we hope you are enjoying a happy and successful summer!

In just two weeks time, our first-year students will arrive on campus to begin their Hoya experience. The Class of 2023 has a great fall semester ahead! In athletic news, the pre-season rankings for our men's and women's soccer teams are out and place us at #13 and #7 respectively in the nation! The men's basketball team, led by Georgetown great Patrick Ewing, just announced an incredible non-conference schedule <http://guhoyas.com/index.aspx?path=mbball> featuring nationally ranked teams and longtime rivals alike. Finally, the 2019-2020 academic year marks the centennial <http://sfs.georgetown.edu/sfs-100/> of the School of Foreign service, with many commemorations and celebrations in the works.

As we prepare for the start of this new year, we invite you to learn more about Georgetown and begin the application process. The Georgetown University application <https://uadmissions.georgetown.edu/first-year/application> for the fall of 2020 is available online. Required alumni interviews will begin, across the country and around the globe, in just over a months time. We invite you to submit our Application to get the process started. As you plan for fall testing and the submission of your standardized test scores, please remember that Georgetown requires your entire testing record. Choose Georgetown as one of your four "free of charge" sends. It is both the economical choice and will ensure that your scores arrive on time for our application review.
