Dear Isaac,
As you are aware, we recently introduced a new online payment system, iPayimpact, which allows members of the community to add funds to ID cards for the purchase of items in the school’s cafeteria. If you have already registered with iPayimpact, please ignore this email.
Each person has an account associated with his/her ID card. To make a purchase from the cafeteria, there are now two options for topping up accounts:
1. via the iPayimpact website www.ipayimpact.co.uk
2. by adding cash via the top-up machines in the School Center Foyer
To make payments online, you will need the following reference details:
Isaac: 4dp+zvU93MdDv%Gyvdi
Anna: 4dp+zvU93MdDv%x at xt9
Parents may wish to forward student codes to their respective children, to enable students to register online and top up their own ID cards via debit/credit card payment.
Registering for iPayimpact:
To use iPayimpact, visit www.ipayimpact.co.uk and select Register. Use the above account reference for you or one of your children, and create a username and password. Follow the prompts to complete the sign-up. You will receive an email to enable you to activate the account via the link in the message. Return to the site to log in. From there, you can link additional children to your account by navigating to Child accounts, and following the instructions to Link a new child account.
Making payments:
To top up an account, add items to your basket (minimum top up is £5) from the homepage and proceed to checkout. Top up the accounts of others in your family in the same way. You will be directed to the Capita payment gateway, where you can enter your debit or credit card details securely. You will receive an email receipt for your payment once it has been authorized.
