Your completed application with the required identification documents must be returned by 09-02-2019, to

DVLA, Swansea SA99 1YW

If we do not receive your application form by this date, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and deleted and any payment will be refunded. Please note that in this circumstance no driving licence will be issued and no updates to your driver record will be made.

What if I don't have an application completion form?

If you require a new application completion form, please call our customer enquiry team on 0300 123 0815.

Once you have posted your application completion form and supporting documents (if applicable) DVLA will need to do some further investigation so there may be a delay before you receive your driving licence.
