Course Selection Information Session on Monday - details

Dear Gr. 9, 10, and 11 Parents:

Our *Course Selection Information Session* is scheduled for *Monday,
January 28th, at 7pm, in the Student Center* and is designed for parents
*new* to the process.  The department heads will be available to outline
their department's curriculum and progression, and we will outline the
course selection process as well.  We will be sending Monday night's
presentation to you via email on Tuesday.

Grade 9 and 10 students will be selecting their courses in special evening
advisory sessions, scheduled subsequently.  You will be hearing from the
deans about these sessions via a separate email by the end of today.  If
you cannot make the scheduled session for your advisory, the deans will
accommodate your schedule elsewhere.  Grade 11 students will be working on
their schedules in college counseling meetings and with their advisors.

I realize that notification of this meeting via the Weekly Bulletin came
late: please accept my apologies for this.  I understand that you may not
be able to alter plans for Monday, and so the deans and I are happy to meet
individually with you to clarify any questions about course selection that
you may still have after the presentation has been emailed to you.  Please
feel free to reach out to us.
