Food and Transportation for Bangers & Bash

Dear Students (Parents CC'ed),

As you know, Bangers & Bash takes place this Friday. The plan is to meet
with your advisory at 11:30, then head immediately up to Canons Park via
the tube. Your advisors will take attendance, which is mandatory. Please
bring a topped up Oyster card or contactless credit/debit card with you to
school, and exercise extreme caution as you travel to and from canons,
particularly crossing busy streets.

There will be very little *free* food available at Canons. What will be
available at no cost includes crisps, ice cream, soda, juices, etc. There
will be two or three food trucks at the event, selling things like
barbeque, chili, and maybe tacos. Prices for this food will start at £5.

You are welcome to bring your own food, and you might want to grab some
to-go food from the Commons before you leave.

The bash ends at 3:05pm, at which time you will be released directly from
Canons Park (although you are welcome to stay and hang out a bit later,
many students will). You are not required to leave Canons Park in
advisories or with a chaperone; however, if you'd like to travel back to
St. John's Wood with an adult, please see me so I can arrange (parents,
feel free to contact me directly about this if necessary).

Please note that anyone who takes the ASL bus home after school will miss
their bus. Thus, if you typically ride the bus and you need help getting
home after the bash, please contact me directly so I can help arrange
transportation from school to home later in the afternoon.
