In this talk, Bharara will take us into the gritty, tactically complex, often sensational world of America’s criminal justice system. Preet Bharara served as US Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2009 to 2017, overseeing the investigation and litigation of all criminal and civil cases. His prosecutions inspired the hit TV show Billions and The Americans, and he famously took down the man responsible for the largest case of insider trading in history.
