The annual Financial Report for the FY ending 31/03/2019 should be submitted to Companies House by 31/12/2019. As far as I know the Service Charge budget runs on the same dates as the FY. I’ll ask Crispin at WB19 to make sure that these are ready for the AGM.

 

In the meantime can you an Eleni please approve this so that Crispin can go ahead and schedule the AGM. Otherwise, can you please call-in for the directors meeting on 15th Oct at 6pm UK time to vote on the matter. Please let me know.

There doesn’t seem to be any point holding an AGM without preparing or having ready the normal things one does at an AGM eg approving the annual accounts so lets find out when they are due etc so am copying Crispin on this to give some feedback 

 

Maybe Crispin can draft the AGM minutes/agenda if his company is the secretary ?

I think we should get Crispin to start by circulating us all on the latest management accounts and what is currently in the bank and who is in arrears if anyone as I have been in the dark about the finances for quite some time.
