Dear Mr. Heinrich,

Thank you for our conversation last week - I appreciated the opportunity to
provide you with some additional clarity regarding Anna's exam scores and
the grading process that the College Board has shared with us.

Anna's scores for Calculus and Italian were posted this morning, and I have
attached them to this email.  As you will be able to see, she has done
quite well in both of these subjects, which is great news.  I hope that
this information resolves the questions that you asked.

During our conversation last week, I had mentioned that I would phone you
this coming Friday to discuss matters again and to follow up on your
request for records.  Given this recent update and the fact that Anna's
Calculus and Italian exam scores have been posted, please do let me know if
you would still like to talk - I would be glad to call you.
