Message from the High School Principal

Dear HS families,

I am writing to follow up on Head of School Robin Appleby’s earlier message
to you, in which she specified that the School is not currently booking
additional trips outside of London within the next couple of months due to
the ongoing and evolving situation with COVID-19. Please note that this
provision includes any already-planned trip for which we have not yet
booked tickets. If this impacts your student, you will hear directly from
the trip leader or athletic director/coach about the status of the trip.

We are continuing to assess the risks associated with student travel, and
we anticipate that we may have to make the decision to cancel a significant
number of trips in the coming weeks.  In considering our options, we will
continue to follow UK advice and guidance, and we will prioritize students’
health and safety moving forward, as well as the welfare of chaperones. We
will keep families informed in a timely manner.
