Dear Grade 12 Parents and Guardians,

Greetings! We hope this email finds you and your families in good health
and good spirits.

This will be our last email communication to you this year, but we wanted
to let you know we will be here via email or phone through the rest of this
school year should you have any questions, concerns or want to share some
success stories. We are in contact with our HS Administration and they
have responded in a very timely manner to all of our questions and concerns
that we have shared via the Grade Rep channel.

As we wind down to completion of this school year in a very unprecedented
way, the PCA is busy finalizing this year and looking forward to next
year. With that in mind, the PCA is looking for new parent volunteers for
the 2020/2021 Grade Rep program. We will need two new volunteers for each
grade level. Please see the PCA ad below and reach out if you are
interested in volunteering or learning more.

Laura Beal, our PCA President has also included a short message below as
well.

Finally, it has been a pleasure representing Grade 12 this year as your
Grade Representatives. Again, please us know if you need any help from us,
as we are here for you through the end of this school year should you want
to reach out. Our contact details are below. And remember, as always,
this channel remains confidential.

All best, and stay healthy,

Robin: 07876 630 433

Domingos: 07587 060 292

>From Laura Beal, the PCA President:

Greetings, Friends!

Oh, how I wish that I could greet you in person! One of the hardest things
about the last weeks has been feeling out of touch with the ASL community.
For many of us, ASL isn't just the place where our children are students,
it is also the place where we as adults have important friendships and
connections. The PCA has been working on finding ways to support us all -
the parents, the faculty and staff at ASL, and the students. We will
continue to do so in the last weeks of this academic year, including trying
out a couple of novel ideas that you should see in the next couple of
weeks.

Looking forward, the PCA will adapt to whatever new environment we find
ourselves in this Fall. If you have a great idea, big or small, for a way
for us to stay connected and support ASL, please reach out to us. And this
is also a great moment to become involved in the PCA. We are going to need
to shake some things up and try new approaches and to do that, we need you!

I hope that you and your families are safe and well.

Warmly,

Laura
