Hi all,
The senior celebraton team is missing quite a few responses to the survey.
Can you please fill out the survey ASAP so that your grad will get all
graduation deliveries? Many thanks!



Dear Grade 12 Parents and Guardians,


Countdown to Graduation is on… and we hope your Grad enjoyed the cap/gown
delivery this week and that all are following the FUN on Instagram:
 #eaglestakeflight2020.



Thank you to all of our parent volunteers who helped out with deliveries…
we received such an amazing positive response from them as it was such a
wonderful and meaningful opportunity to connect with our ASL grads.  If
you’d like to participate in helping with upcoming deliveries (it takes a
less than couple of hours and we’ve clustered delivery zones by area),
please email us at eaglestakeflight2020 at gmail.com.  Also, please keep the
pictures coming (send to same email) for us to post to
#eaglestakeflight2020 on Instagram!



We’ve got many surprises coming… and we need your help ASAP with this very
brief questionnaire

for your grad.  For those of you not in London, we will be in touch to
either send items to you, or we will help you celebrate “virtually”.



We’ve also been asked to reiterate below the things that ASL could really
use the parents' help with their getting from seniors:


1.    *Take a full length portrait mode photo of you (ideally with as much
lighting as possible) in your cap and gown.* You can strike whatever pose
you would like. This will be a part of the opening procession video, so we
need all 128 of you.


·         Please upload your photo to this Google Folder

·         Please save the photo as “[last name][first name]” with no
spaces. So, for example: HauckIvan.jpg


*2.    **Take a 2 to 3 second video of you in your cap and gown, throwing
your cap up in the air*. Again, feel free to use as much creative liberty
as you would like.


·         Please upload your video to this Google Folder

*3.    **You have also received instructions on the Senior diploma video.
Please note that this must be submitted as soon as possible, and by 25 May
at the absolute latest.*
