STAYING SAFE AROUND SCHOOLS: Don’t be a fool when you walk to school, remember the two-metre social distancing rule.
Staggered start times and School Streets (https://www.westminster.gov.uk/coronavirus-information-schools-and-nurseries?utm_source=MyWestminster+Updates&utm_campaign=bfe7f93388-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2020_03_22_10_27_COPY_01&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_bd2a0fcc47-bfe7f93388-40059651) have been introduced to increase pedestrian space at schools across Westminster, however it’s important to keep your distance from those outside your household.
The easiest way to protect yourself and your loved ones is to remember these basic measures:
* wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds
* wear your face covering in enclosed spaces
* keep a two-metre distance from people you do not live with

MOBILE TESTING UNITS: On Thursday 8, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 October, from 10.30am to 3.30pm, there will be a mobile coronavirus testing site at Paddington Recreation Ground.
The site will be located in the car park at the northern end of Paddington Recreation Ground, just off Carlton Vale (postcode: NW6 5EP). This is a walk-through site, meaning you don’t need to be in a car to attend a test. Please remember, you can only be tested if you have pre-booked.
NEW SEMI-PERMANENT TESTING CENTRES: Three additional coronavirus testing centres will soon be opening for residents in Westminster to increase the number of tests available. The semi-permanent, walk-through testing centres will be open seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm. The locations are:
* Greenside Community Centre
* Lydford Tenants and Residents Hall
* Grosvenor Hall
Existing bookings and regular users of the community halls are being provided with alternative community spaces so that their activities can continue.
