Flourish and Grow: Supporting your teen in building foundational life skills
Right now, with online learning and spending so much time away from peers, it is more challenging than ever for our teens to stay motivated, get organised and complete schoolwork on time. But help is on hand! Our Flourish and Grow programme offers structure, accountability and uses a goal-focused approach to help teenagers stay on track.

Flourish and Grow consists of 10-week structured coaching programmes for teenagers and are made up of 3, ready to start programmes covering Punctuality, Schoolwork, and Organisation. Each programme focuses on building these key life skills by supporting them in the co-creation  of executive function strategies to manage daily life.
