For some the summer holidays are already here and for others they are looming in the near distance. Either way, we wanted to gather together some fun activities for you and your family to do over the summer break, all with the help of us and our executive function coaches!
In the third of our Summer Series email we have put together tips from our qualified executive function parent coaches, information on this years reading challenge by the Reading Agency (reading is a great way to support executive functions)
, an executive function boosting activity for the kids, and information on our executive function profiling questionnaires where you can find out your child's (and your own) executive function strengths and challenges.
There is lots going on so if you missed the previous emails in the Summer Series not to worry, please click below to see them:

------------------------------------------------------------
In this years summer reading challenge (https://summerreadingchallenge.org.uk/) , the Reading Agency are teaming up with WWF for a special nature-themed challenge!
You can take part with your child by signing up to your local library, and earn stickers along the way with every book read and returned that you can add to your special nature-themed map.
Or you can take part online and unlock special badges and activities with every book read, and you can work towards a Wild World Heroes certificate!

** What's your Executive Function Profile?
------------------------------------------------------------
Everyone has their own executive function challenges, from difficulties getting started, managing time, or controlling their emotions. Identifying what your child's challenges are will be the first step in helping them improve these skills.
Take the questionnaire for free (https://s.surveyanyplace.com/zihrosqi) (usually £10pp) and find out what your child's strengths are, what they can work on and how you can support them! We also have a version of the questionnaire for adult (https://s.surveyanyplace.com/executivefunction) s (https://s.surveyanyplace.com/executivefunction) so that you can find out what your EF profile is too!
