SUSTAINABILITY ON SHOW AT REGENT STREET: The Regent Street Edit at 88 Regent Street is a pop-up store showcasing six local brands and championing sustainability. Visitors can have a personal and distinctive shopping experience as they move through the store, meeting each brand’s founders and learning about the sustainability practices that underpin their products. Even the store itself has been produced with sustainability in mind, with eco-friendly materials being used throughout its construction.
Harriet Saywood-Bellisario (pictured above), founder of Saywood (https://saywoodstudio.co.uk/) , one of the brands featured in the store, said: “I launched Saywood to help change the face of sustainable fashion through an ethical lens, one piece at a time. To be a part of this pop-up is such an incredible opportunity.” Check out the store until 31 October (https://www.westminster.gov.uk/news/fashion-and-wellness-pop-store-focus-sustainability-launches-88-regent-street) .

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL: We want to say a massive welcome back to pupils that returned safely to Westminster’s schools this week. They’re also putting in place support such as Year 10 Student Ambassador, Joel Davies (pictured above on the left), ensuring that Westminster City School’s new Year 7 pupils could find their way to the right classrooms. You can find the latest information on the safety measures in place at Westminster schools on our website (https://westminster.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a50c8b0dd980669ef713b4cca&id=80fa9a5ef0&e=df04244d0d) .
