PLEASE NOTE: Claim payments will typically reach your bank account within 10 working days. This allows us suitable time to assess and process your claim plus three working days for the bank to pay the funds into your account.

You may find your claim takes longer to be processed than you're used to. Please rest assured you haven't been forgotten. Our teams are doing all they can to process your claim quickly and help everyone with a Simplyhealth plan to keep their health top priority in a time when it matters more than ever

How will I know when my claim has been paid?
Once your claim has been approved, you¿ll receive a payment directly to your chosen bank account or building society account and we will email you to confirm your claim is to be paid. Once you have received confirmation, please allow three working days for the payment to arrive in your account.

If, for any reason we need more information we will contact you.
