MAKING SURE OUR CITY IS SAFE AND CLEAN: This year we've issued 365 fixed-penalty notices to residents and businesses who've dumped waste irresponsibly. We're actively prosecuting businesses who flout the rules. If you've got bulky items, book a collection (https://www.westminster.gov.uk/recycling-and-rubbish-collections/how-dispose-bulky-waste#book-a-collection) . And if you see any fly-tipping, you can Report It here (https://www.westminster.gov.uk/report-it) . Our crews are out tidying up our streets, as seen above, with a before and after view.
