Request appointment & confirm booking
Once an appointment has been requested via Scan.com and payment has been made, a clinician will call you to run through your symptoms and check that you have booked the most appropriate scan for your needs. Your booking will then be confirmed by the scanning centre.

Have your scan & get your results
Attend your scan at the scanning centre on your chosen date/time. After the appointment, you will get your results digitally in a PDF, usually within 7 working days. You will also receive a post-scan telephone consultation with one of Scan.com's medical team to discuss your results.
