Arrival and

You must arrive at least 60 minutes before your departure. Please ensure you are ready to present your booking details, passport and travel documents for all passengers upon arrival at our check-in.

Flexiplus at Folkestone
Your dedicated Flexiplus check-in is located
 to your right on arrival. For speed, use the Flexiplus check-in lanes, however, if speedier all check-in lanes are available to use.

We may charge you a peak day supplement if you change the date of your booking to one of our busy days, either in advance or at check-in. This may also apply to changes to your vehicle or accessories on these days. You can find a list of our

Busy Days here.

At our Folkestone Terminal, all-electric car chargers are located at the main terminal building. If you wish to use the car chargers before you head over to the Flexiplus lounge, please use the standard check-in lanes for easier access.

Based on the type and size of your vehicle we
have allocated you a space on one of our double deck shuttles. Follow this signage for boarding.

Pet check-in at Folkestone
On arrival at check-in all customers travelling
 with their pet(s) will be issued a ‘Pet Reception referral hanger’. You will be required to make your way to the Pet Reception – see map
