They will remain in the blue gym and commons until 4:00PM. </span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Consider attending conferences near the start of your designated appointment time in order to give yourself plenty of time to meet with teachers.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">During the above assigned timeslot, you are welcome to meet with your child’s teachers in any order. If a teacher you wish to see is conferencing with another <span class="zmsearchresult">parent</span> when you arrive, you may wish to:</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:72.0pt">a.<span style="font-size:7.0pt"> </span>Wait in the seating area near that teacher until the teacher becomes available</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:72.0pt">b.<span style="font-size:7.0pt"> </span>Leave that teacher and go to another teacher who is free</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:72.0pt">c.<span style="font-size:7.0pt"> </span>Leave that teacher and go to a teacher who has a shorter line, returning to the original teacher once that line has shortened</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-left:72.0pt">d.
