This weekend, I took the time to walk up to the top of Primrose to look over London, and even after over 4 years here, I still marvel at the view and the fact that I live in this great city! <br> <br>Meanwhile, I also marvel that we are on our way to mid-November. Grades are released this week and we head into ISST’s, the school play, and then we also have the Lock-in at the end of next week! I look forward to spending some quality time with you then -- there’s really nothing like a giant sleepover to really get to know our class. It’s time -- we’re well over half way to graduation and there’s so much yet to learn about all of us in this crazy class of double 20’s!<br><br>This week in advisory, many of us will follow up on the email sent by Mr. G about online behavior. While it’s a difficult topic to talk about, it’s really important, and I hope you are addressing it at home as well. Please make sure you attend!<br><br><strong>LOCK-IN</strong><br><br>This special class of 2020 - we have a Lock-in on the way and I wanted to send out more details!<br>Students are expected to come, and it's an amazing class event they don't want to miss -- and makes great class bonding with all its stories and experiences! Year after year, students are unsure but then are so glad they were a part of it.<br><br>Starting with attendance at the school play to support our friends... then karaoke, dodgeball, silent disco, board and card games, PlayStation, fort-building, food, friends, fun.... <br><br>Adults will chaperone and stay overnight with students. Typically, we don't get a lot of sleep! Please email me if your student wants to attend but must leave by midnight - I can take you through those details.<br><br>Students must bring IDpillow, sleeping bag, air mattress, etc. (there will be a quiet area set aside for those who want to sleep).snacksgames<br><br>One specific need - if you have the ability to bring in any drinks or snacks early, please feel free to drop them in my office - they will most definitely be used that night.<br>Any questions?
