The installation of acoustic cameras in key parts of the city has led to a successful operation cracking down on dangerous driving. Police were able to use the above footage to <a href="https://westminster.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=a50c8b0dd980669ef713b4cca&id=e6fdfa1e0e&e=7e37558eca" target="_blank" style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;color: #0b2363;font-weight: bold;text-decoration: underline;">make five arrests and seize ten vehicles</a> and issue nearly 40 section 59 warnings. This came after residents’ complaints about the noise when 100 cars had gathered along Exhibition Road earlier this month to perform the dangerous driving manoeuvres in the early hours.

Open to businesses from upmarket hotels to small family cafes, this fund will support training for a variety of roles – from restaurant front of house to barista and sommelier to sous chef.
