Simplyhealth will continue to collect your Direct Debit from the account details you have provided to us, and you will continue to enjoy the full benefits of the Direct Debit Guarantee, as detailed below. <br>

There will be no changes to the amount, date and monthly frequency of your payments or your existing BACS reference. We will continue to collect the Direct Debit on the date you have chosen as confirmed in your previous advance notice communication, which you will be able to view when you log in to your Simplyhealth online account.<br>
