<strong>EBURY BRIDGE:</strong> Phase one of our Ebury Bridge regeneration scheme is complete. This milestone has seen the delivering of 226 new high-quality homes with 100 being council owned – the largest to be delivered in South Westminster in 50 years. In the New Year, 90 families will come full circle and move into their new spacious sustainable homes after spending years partnering with us to co-design what Ebury will look like. The scheme has now moved into phase two and once completed overall, 781 homes new homes, with over half designated as council homes for social rent, will be delivered to help fulfil our Fairer Housing commitments.
