Any child who lives in the borough, and an accompanying adult, can swim for free in Westminster Leisure Centres throughout half term. This is the first time the council\u2019s free-swimming offer has been extended to include accompanying adults \u2013 offering local families chance to spend time together and use council facilities during school holidays without worrying about the cost.
