<strong>KEEPING OUR CITY CLEAN AND OUR STREETS SAFE</strong>: Following reports from residents, our City Inspectors have been taking action to remove dockless bikes left in dangerous locations across the city. Inspectors have recently been out in Berkeley Square, Dufour\u2019s Place and on Old Burlington Street removing bikes that were blocking pavements and creating hazards for pedestrians. This follows the introduction of new powers that allow the council to seize dockless bikes posing an immediate danger or significant obstruction on the highway. Bikes can now be removed if they are blocking pavements, dropped kerbs, access ramps, bus stops, cycle lanes, tactile paving or school entrances. If you spot a dockless bike blocking your way or creating a hazard, please report it using the Report It tool so we can continue to keep Westminster\u2019s streets safe and accessible for all.
