HWHC U18 Registration

Hi all,

I’m just sending out registration for the Spring term.

As there has been a delay in getting U18 matches started and this group haven’t attended many training sessions, I’m going to put you on the £1 membership rate for next term so you don’t have to pay full rate again for actually having very little hockey!

If you could still complete the form so that we have everyone registered, that would be greatly appreciated.

U18’s are also welcome at ladies training on Wednesdays from 7.30pm - 9pm. The last session for ladies before Christmas will be 5th December and returning on 2nd Jan.
