All HS athletics families -- DBS appts for hosting athletes THIS WEEK

HS Families,

First of all, thank you to so many of you who have come in and done your
DBS appointment in order to house, and thank you for either already housing
and/or scheduling an upcoming housing.  We certainly appreciate it.

As you may recall from Mr. Ganeshanathan's letter this summer

all families who have students participating in sports that travel/host
(all but crew and dance) are expected to house visiting athletes this
school year

Many of you are already signed up, and thank you.  We really need people to
sign up to host Thursday and Friday 12/13 March.  Thank you for doing that.
 *As a reminder, the expectation is that you either host students for one
night two different times or host students for two nights once.*

In order to house, you must complete a DBS check here at school.  *This
week* d*uring Parent Teacher Conferences*, the Athletics Department will do
DBS appointments with families still in need of a DBS.  Please take a
moment and fill out this form

up for an appointment to do your DBS

get back to you to confirm your appointment.  *We will take walk-in
appointments, as well.*

*DON'T FORGET* -- you'll need these documents

you in order to complete the DBS.  There are also two attachments that will
need to be filled out, so if you do that in advance, it will certainly be a
