ANTISEMITISM & THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION, 1 MAR 8.30PM
Brendan McGeever, winner of the 2020 Reginald Zelnik Book Prize for History, offers the first book-length analysis in The Bolsheviks and Antisemitism in the Russian Revolution, revealing it to have been led not by party leadership but by a loosely connected group of radicals. David Oppenheim, chief rabbi of Prague during the early 18th century, built an unparalleled collection of over 8,000 Jewish books & manuscripts, from works of law and literature to prayer and poetry.
