Like many people with ADHD, difficulty managing relationships and emotions have made them reluctant to start new friendships or romances. Sometimes it can hurt too much to risk trying again. We are committed to improving access to executive function coaching for children and young people from all backgrounds. One way we do this is by providing world-class executive function coach training and accreditation.

We have developed a new hybrid model of training for our Level 1: Certificate of Core Executive Function Skills which involves engaging discussions, group activities, role-plays, self-study modules so that you can go at your own pace and Q&A sessions with our experienced trainers.

Training is delivered online and sessions run from the 22nd February - 22nd March on Monday afternoons from 1-4pm.
