We carried out a survey of your property to understand how you were flooded and assess the risk of this happening again in the future.
 We’d like to thank you for your patience in waiting for the outcomes of your property’s survey. We’ve now sent you your properties survey report and information explaining how we’ve reached our decision. We appreciate that you may have many questions and want to discuss the issues relating to your property. We’re therefore hosting a ‘drop-in’ session on Wednesday 24 May 2023. If you would like to know more about the programme and how we’re progressing, please come along and see us from 4pm to 7pm at Paddington Arts, 32 Woodfield Road, London W9 2BE.
